If you sign up online before the event for PDGA, then the $10 non-member fee is waived. Not quite sure how it works, there is a way, though. |

| Hey Everyone, Just wanted to let everyone know that the field is almost full. Probably about 12-15 spots left. You can only be officially registered if you have gotten me money. I've gotten 30+ emails from people saying that they are coming the day of. Alot of "checks in the mail" but i repeat, you are only officially registered if i have money in hand. I am not holding spots. Don't want to be negative but there are going to be some unhappy people come tourney time. Remember check- in closes at 8:15 sharp. Gonna be a great tourney. Thanks- brinster |

Steve, I just caught this and I wanna make sure which one is correct.
The flyer and the first post says check-in 8-845.
The last two posts show a difference with check-in CLOSING at 815.

Course looking good
Rope is out on some of the holes and it looks great, we were too nice thanks for the local help.
If anyone can, there is a branch on 12 long green that can be clipped up. _________________ Throw Innova! |

Like an absolute moron, I told Brinster that I wanted to play after the Wolfe Woods Monthly, and then forgot to message him about it until last night. Do you know if there is still room for me? Worse comes to worse, I can run up to Warwick tonight and drop off reg monies tonight. I want to play in AM2.
Thanks

I suggest getting to the course 745-8am to pay cash day of. Steve cannot hold verbal spots. Its impossible to keep track of with soo many players. Dozens of people are Pming him, changing divisions. asking to hold spots. To be fair to all, If you paid, your in. If not, get there as early as possible. There is a risk of being shut out. Thats the risk associated with not pre-reging.
going to be an amazing day. _________________ Throw Innova! |

PARKING:
The lower pavilion is reserved by another group so parking will be tight tommorrow. When the upper lot fills, golfers should park in the lower lot, but please try to leave room for the other group. Please leave spots for them close to the lower pavilion. We think this group is Warwick based and we need to work with them.
Warwick Town park has a no alcohol policy. _________________ Throw Innova! |

Just got back home from Warwick!
Just wanted to say thanks to Steve, Leslie, and the whole Skylands Club along with anyone who helped with the tournament or helped with the cleaning/prepping of the courses. The courses were beautiful and the weather was perfect. I hadn't played Wolfe Woods in years so that was truly a treat!!
Thank you to anyone who purchased a Hyzer Flip shirt and Thx to everyone leaving good words about our gear. IT was awesome to be able to meet up with people I hadn't seen in a long time and it was great meeting a whole bunch of new people!
THX again Steve and Leslie and I hope everyone had a great time!!!

THANK YOU STEVE!!!
Awesome Tournament! The ropes are an amazing addition to the course. I definitely had to change my shot on a few holes because of them.
Bobby Jones!!! Nice work man! I really enjoyed playing with you all day. I tried to make a run towards the end but you held on strong. Enjoy your trip down south. Represent NY!
I guess I'll have to take you down up north next year so that I can get my shot at the USDGC.

I think you need to aggregate the players who played the same layouts each round. i.e. scores from wolfe woods or S-B 2nd round are being averaged into the B-B. _________________ Man Unit |

Ratings are starting to make a little more sense now, Brinster may be a 1030 golfer, but he is 930 administrator. |

Man, I would love to have played, but I was busy getting sunburned in Cancun. Is the rope still set up? Would be cool to see where all the OB was and what effect it had.
I noticed different par between discgolfscene and the pdga results, was it different, Pro vs. normal? |

Well I tried to fix it on discgolfscene, but now it's wrong the other way.
I'm not sure what par was for each layout. Either way, the scores are right, just not relative to par. _________________ GVN

anyone know why the NY States doesn't show up in anyone's profiles for played tournaments on the PDGA site? Were the scores submitted late or something?
Just wasn't sure why it doesn't show up. I know the next ratings update isn't for another 2 weeks, but it doesn't even show up when you view people player profile/info. _________________ -Scott Lewis |

yeah I know it missed the last ratings update, but it should still be listed as a tournament that was played under all the participants profiles. The ratings won't go into effect yet though.
The Disco De Mayo tournament is listed in my profile and that was a week after States.
Just thought it was weird. _________________ -Scott Lewis |
