Jeannie,

I want to make amends and repay the debts that I owe you and your company. I cannot describe the regret I feel i with having waited so long to get back to you, but assure you it has bothered me all this time, and my regret is sincere.

Please email me at dooteronomy@yahoo.com to give me your address to mail a check to begin to pay back the debts that I owe you.

I do not expect any form of apology acceptance, but I just want you to personally know that I sincerely did not have intentions of bailing on you and the disc golf community when I left everyone in the fall of 2008..I had severe family issues I'm STILL trying to get around, but I know I owe it to everyone to step up and repay the debts that I owe.

I sincerely (I'm using that word a lot, but I mean it) thank you for not taking any legal matters regarding our verbal agreementswhich you had every right to do.

I assure you my intentions were never to hurt you nor anyone else.

I am soooo sorry for the inactions and neglect I have given to the PDGA, and its many members (mainly you) and I hope many future actions can begin to repay the neglect I've given everyone one the past.

Thank you for your patience regarding our commitment. Please write me at dooteronomy@yahoo.com to begin to rectify our commitments.

Best Regards,

Frederick Doot.

To all,

I am not sure how appropriate it is to post this personal message, but regardless I have decided to. I want everyone who has supported me to know I very much appreciated it, and I wanted to let you know it is fine with me to welcome Doot back into our community. I encourage it.

Forgiveness is vital in life. It doesn't take away our pain, it doesn't mean we forget or condone, but it allows us to have peace and happiness. When you can't forgive, it turns to resentment, which turns to bitterness. I learned this the hard way, and as it turned out, the few years I was very involved in the disc golf community, I was bitter about many things in my life. Thankfully I've moved past it all, and have truly learned how powerfull forgiveness can be. I hope the rest of you that were effected by Doot's actions will also forgive him, and hopefully he can move on to become a better person.

I really hope he can stick to his word, because I know I can sure use the money right now, but anyway, I forgive you Doot. Do the right thing....

Jeannie

This is very big of you Jeannie, my hats off to you.

Doot, I also believe in forgiveness, but I also believe that is only exceptable when it is sincere and followed through with the correct actions.
Its easy to say your sorry, its hard to follow through and do the right thing.

This issue had and has nothing to do with me except one thing...
Major disappointment in a guy who I though was a stand up guy.

For the short amount of time I hung out with you I though you were a pretty cool guy, then when this crap you pulled on Jeannie surfaced my thoughts were initially disbelief,
then after hearing it all, I would have thrown you to the sharks for chum and laughed as you went down the fathoms. And that is no joke.

I hope you do the right thing. for maybe you can forgive yourself as well, thats a hard one to swallow, unless you are as shallow as your past actions...

You also owe an apology to the entire disc golf community.
Its time for you to eat crow, and its a very big bird...
Enjoy your meal lad.

Hopefully it will make a better person out of you.

amen to all said by jeannie and jbyrd.

it's very critical for Doot to follow words with actions.

we'd hate to have to rename Doot's Chute to something ickier.
